GlobalTech Corporation (GTC) marked the launch of its flagship thought-leadership and knowledgesharing initiative - #GTCTALKS, with a power-packed session at the GTC Center of Excellence (CoE). Designed as a cross-disciplinary forum for strategic dialogue and experiential learning #GTCTALKS bring together voices and minds for shaping perspectives on exponential technologies and driving insight across disciplines - all in line with GTC’s core purpose of “reshaping the future and beyond.”
Ms. Saira Khan, Head - Corporate Communications, opened the session with a tone-setting address that framed Agentic AI as a catalyst for rethinking how we build systems, make decisions, and evolve roles across the enterprise. Her remarks introduced a space for thought mutation, urging professionals from tech, product, HR, marketing, and strategy to engage AI with clarity, creativity, and intent. She also emphasized the GTC Center of Excellence as a strategic engine - driving deep-tech exploration, crossfunctional learning, and future-focused innovation.
Following this, Mr. Babar Ali Syed, Director at GTC, delivered vision-setting leadership remarks that reaffirmed the strategic intent behind the Center of Excellence. His words reflected GTC’s broader commitment to fostering innovation ecosystems, where collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning are not initiatives, but imperatives. He highlighted GTC’s commitment to creating spaces that don’t just respond to innovation, but actively promote talent activation to shape the trajectory.
Building on that momentum, the audience then participated in an experiential icebreaker activity, where they imagined delegating real-life tasks to intelligent AI agents - offering a playful but powerful reflection on the real-world relevance of Agentic AI in work and life.
The keynote was delivered by Mr. Hassan Ashraf, Co-Founder & Chief Engineer at ProtoEd, who led a compelling exploration of Agentic AI - demystifying how intelligent agents are being architected to act, adapt, and deliver real-time value across systems. Hassan unpacked two foundational frameworks - PydanticAI and Google’s Agent Development Kit - illustrating how agent-based architectures are no longer theoretical but are already transforming enterprise infrastructure. Drawing from practical experience across Telecom, FinTech, Smart Cities, Healthcare, Ecommerce, and Digital Media, he connected code to context - showing how these agents are reshaping workflows, decision-making, and human-machine collaboration in both operational and strategic dimensions. He bridged technical design with business relevance - resonating equally with engineers, analysts, and business leads seeking to understand not just what AI can do, but what it’s becoming.
Toward the close of his keynote, Hassan briefly introduced ProtoEd - the platform he co-founded to deliver project-based, industry-relevant upskilling in emerging technologies. He spotlighted its newest course on Prompt Engineering, launched just days prior, as a key enabler for professionals aiming to harness AI tools with precision and impact. ProtoEd stands at the intersection of learning and real-world readiness, translating technical fluency into future-proof capability.
The session concluded with a Q&A, followed by a vote of thanks from Mr. Muhammad Naved, Head – CoE, who extended appreciation to Mr. Hassan Ashraf for his insight-rich session and thoughtful delivery. He also acknowledged the value of such forums in fostering deeper understanding, cross-functional learning, and future-aligned thinking across GTC.
A group photo closed the day, capturing the momentum of a platform designed not just to inform, but to inspire evolution across roles, disciplines, and mindsets.
